The DLR GfR mbH (hereinafter “we” or “us”) is the controller within the meaning of Article 4(7) GDPR for the processing of personal data on this website.

Our website is hosted on servers provided by Hetzner Online GmbH, located in Germany (EU). All data is processed within the European Union. A data processing agreement (DPA) has been concluded with Hetzner in accordance with Article 28 GDPR.

When you visit our website, our servers automatically collect the following data:

  • Date and time of access

  • URL of the accessed page

  • Referrer URL (previously visited page)

  • Operating system used

10. Embedded Content and Third-Party Services

Google Maps

Used for displaying interactive maps (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Provider: Google Ireland Limited. Data may be transmitted to the USA.

OpenStreetMap

Used for displaying maps without commercial tracking. Data is processed by the OpenStreetMap Foundation, UK, based on legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

YouTube

We embed videos from YouTube, a service of Google Ireland Limited. When you play a video, data may be transmitted to Google servers, including in the USA. Legal basis: consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Google Fonts

We use Google Fonts locally hosted on our servers to ensure GDPR compliance. No connection to Google servers is established when fonts are loaded.

11. Social Media Links

Our website contains links (not plugins) to our profiles on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. When you click these icons, you are redirected to the respective platform, where their privacy policies apply.
